Terms and Conditions for WA Tech Group T/A WA Supplies
Customer Terms
Last updated: 14th October 2026.
These terms apply to orders placed with WA Supplies through our website, by telephone, by email or under a written quotation, unless the quotation or a signed agreement clearly says that different terms apply.
1. Who we are and these terms
1.1 The seller is WA Tech Group Ltd, company number 16384725, trading as WA Supplies. The company’s address is Unit 2B Thongsbridge Mills, Miry Lane, Holmfirth, HD9 7RW. In these terms, ‘we’, ‘us’ and ‘our’ mean WA Tech Group Ltd trading as WA Supplies.
1.2 You can contact our customer service team at sales@wa-tech.co.uk. The email address and postal contact details must be kept current on this page and at checkout.
1.3 These terms apply to the goods and any related services that we expressly agree to supply. A product page, accepted order confirmation or written quotation may include product-specific information. If it conflicts with these terms, the product-specific information applies only to that product or order and only to the extent of the conflict.
1.4 These terms do not replace the separate privacy and cookie information on our website. We use personal information as described in the privacy notice available at https://www.wellness-supplies.co.uk/privacy-policy/.
2. Consumers and business customers
2.1 A consumer is an individual acting wholly or mainly outside their trade, business, craft or profession. A business customer is a person or organisation acting wholly or mainly for business purposes. An individual, including a sole trader, may be a consumer for one order and a business customer for another.
2.2 Please select the correct consumer or business option at checkout. If you place an order as a business, provide the business name, invoice address and any requested business or VAT details. A business name or VAT number does not by itself remove rights that apply to a person who is legally a consumer.
2.3 Where you buy as a consumer, the consumer protections described in these terms apply. Where you buy as a business, consumer-only cancellation rights do not apply, but your other rights under the contract and applicable law remain.
3. Product and service information
3.1 The product page or quotation describes the product, its main features, included items, compatibility, price, delivery options and any important installation, safety or use requirements. Read that information and any supplied instructions before ordering or using a product.
3.2 Product photographs and illustrations help identify the product. They may not show every packaging or finish detail. We will not make a material change to the product supplied from the description you accepted without your agreement.
3.3 Some equipment may require installation, commissioning, training or other services. These are included only if the product page or an accepted written quotation says so, and the description, price, location, schedule and customer responsibilities must be stated there.
3.4 If a product is made to your specifications, personalised, supplied in a particular configuration or subject to a special delivery or installation arrangement, we will identify the relevant terms before you place the order.
4. Orders and when a contract is made
4.1 A product displayed on the website is an invitation to place an order. When you submit an order, you offer to buy the listed goods and services at the displayed price and on these terms. Before submitting, check the product, quantity, delivery address, taxes, charges, discount and total.
4.2 We will send an acknowledgement that we received your order. A contract is made when we send an email that clearly accepts the order or confirms that it has been dispatched, as stated at checkout.
4.3 We may decline an order before accepting it if the product is unavailable, we cannot deliver to the address, payment is not authorised, we reasonably suspect fraud or the displayed price or description contains an obvious material error. We will tell you promptly and refund any payment already taken for an order we do not accept.
4.4 If we discover an error after accepting an order, we will contact you to agree a solution or, if we cannot supply what was agreed, cancel the affected part and promptly refund the amount paid for it. We will not rely on a general right to change an accepted price or product unilaterally.
4.5 The contract information, these terms and the order confirmation will be provided by email or another format you can save. A quotation is open only for the period stated in it; if no period is stated, it may be withdrawn before you accept it.
5. Prices, VAT and other charges
5.1 The total price and any unavoidable charges must be shown before you place an order. For a consumer, prices shown in an advertisement, product page or checkout include VAT where it is payable. If the total delivery charge depends on the destination, we show the applicable amount or enough information to calculate it before you order, and the checkout shows the running order total.
5.2 A business customer may be shown a VAT-exclusive price only in a clearly identified business purchasing context. Before the business commits, checkout or the quotation will state the VAT amount, the VAT-inclusive total, delivery and any other mandatory charge. We issue invoices with the tax information required by law.
5.3 Delivery, installation, customs, import VAT, duty and clearance charges are shown at the point they can be calculated. Before you submit an order for delivery outside the UK, checkout will identify which taxes and charges are collected by us and which, if any, you must pay to customs, the carrier or another authority on delivery. We do not add an undisclosed mandatory charge after the contract is made.
5.4 Optional services, such as an upgraded delivery option, are shown separately and are included only if you choose them. We will not charge for an optional extra unless you actively agree to it.
5.5 The price that applies to an order is the price shown when we accept it, subject to clause 4. Prices for future orders may change. A price change does not change an order we have already accepted.
6. Payment
6.1 Available payment methods and the time payment is taken are shown at checkout or in the accepted quotation. You authorise us and our payment provider to take the amount shown for the order using the payment method you selected.
6.2 We do not add a consumer surcharge for choosing a payment instrument where the law prohibits that surcharge. If a payment is declined, we will not dispatch the order until payment is made or another method is agreed.
6.3 For business orders paid by invoice, the invoice states the due date. If a qualifying business debt is paid late, statutory interest and fixed compensation may be available under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
7. Delivery and collection
7.1 We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom and to EU/EEA destinations that are available for the relevant product at checkout. We do not promise delivery to a country or region unless checkout accepts that destination for that product. A product may have a narrower delivery area.
7.2 The available delivery method, price and estimated delivery period are shown before you order. If we have not agreed another period, we will deliver within 30 days. A delivery date is binding only if we expressly identify it as guaranteed. If a delivery delay gives you a legal right to end the contract, you may do so and receive the refund required by law.
7.3 You must provide a complete delivery address and contact details. Tell us promptly if they are wrong. We may make a split delivery where necessary, at no additional charge to you, and will tell you if an item is delayed.
7.4 For an address outside the UK, check the import information at checkout before ordering. The checkout must clearly say whether we collect destination VAT and duties or whether you pay them to the relevant authority or carrier. Any amount or calculation method that can reasonably be provided must be shown before you commit.
7.5 If delivery fails because you provided an incorrect address or are not available after reasonable delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange redelivery or collection. We may charge only a reasonable, disclosed redelivery cost where the failure was your responsibility and applicable law permits it. If we cannot complete delivery, we will refund any amount due and may deduct only a lawful, proportionate charge.
8. Risk and ownership
8.1 For a consumer, the goods remain at our risk until they, or a person you nominate who is not the carrier, take physical possession of them. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
8.2 For a business customer, risk passes when the goods are delivered to the delivery address or to the carrier you have specifically appointed, if the contract or quotation states that delivery arrangement.
8.3 Ownership passes after we have received payment in full for the goods. This clause does not delay the consumer’s statutory rights or the time when risk passes under clause 8.1.
9. Consumer right to cancel an online goods order
9.1 If you are a consumer and buy goods at a distance, such as through our website, you can cancel without giving a reason. For one item, the 14-day period starts on the day after you receive it. If one order contains goods delivered separately, the period starts on the day after you receive the last item. For a subscription for regular deliveries over a defined period, the period starts on the day after you receive the first item. A longer or additional right under the mandatory law of your country of residence still applies.
9.2 Tell us clearly that you are cancelling before the 14-day period ends. You may email sales@wa-tech.co.uk. You may use the model form at the end of these customer terms, but you do not have to. A clear statement of your decision is enough.
9.3 After telling us you are cancelling, send the goods back without undue delay and within 14 days. The return address and instructions will be provided once the return has been agreed. The direct cost of returning goods because you changed your mind is yours only where we told you about that cost before you ordered. For goods that cannot normally be returned by post, we will tell you the return or collection cost before you buy.
9.4 You may handle the goods as you reasonably need to in order to decide their nature, characteristics and functioning, as you could in a shop. If you handle them more than necessary and their value is reduced, we may make a proportionate deduction from the refund where the law allows and we gave the required cancellation information.
9.5 This statutory cancellation right is separate from your rights if goods are faulty, not as described or otherwise do not meet the contract. Clause 10 explains the limited categories of goods and services for which the law may not give a change-of-mind cancellation right.
10. Cancellation exceptions and services started early
10.1 The law provides exceptions to the consumer change-of-mind cancellation right. An exception applies only where the particular item or service meets the legal test and the relevant information was given before you ordered. Examples include goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised goods, and sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons after you unseal them. We will identify any applicable exception on the product page or at checkout before you buy.
10.2 We do not exclude cancellation for every consumable, opened package or special-order product. A restriction applies only to the extent the relevant legal exception applies to that product.
10.3 If you ask us to begin a service during its 14-day cancellation period, we will obtain your express request first. If you then cancel, you may have to pay a proportionate amount for services supplied up to cancellation, but only where the law permits. For digital content supplied during a cancellation period, any loss of cancellation rights requires the separate consent and acknowledgement required by law.
11. Refunds for a consumer cancellation
11.1 If you cancel within a statutory cancellation period, we refund the payments we received for the cancelled goods, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option. We do not have to refund the extra cost of a more expensive delivery option you chose.
11.2 We may wait to refund you until we receive the goods back or you provide evidence that you sent them back, whichever happens first. We refund without undue delay and within 14 days after the earlier of receiving the returned goods or receiving evidence that you sent them, and otherwise within the time required by law. We use the same payment method unless you agree otherwise, and we do not charge a refund fee.
11.3 Where the law requires us to collect goods, we will arrange collection. If goods are faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise do not meet the contract, we will meet the return costs required by law.
12. Faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods
12.1 If you are a consumer, goods must meet the legal requirements for satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose made known to us, and conformity with their description and any applicable sample or model. The Consumer Rights Act 2015 gives you legal remedies if they do not.
12.2 Depending on the issue and timing, your remedies may include a short-term right to reject within 30 days, repair or replacement, or a price reduction or final right to reject. Where a fault appears within the first six months, the law generally presumes it was present at delivery unless the nature of the goods or fault indicates otherwise, or we prove otherwise.
12.3 Contact us at sales@wa-tech.co.uk with your order number, the product and a description of the issue. We will explain the next steps. You do not lose a legal right because you did not use a particular form, account or warranty process.
12.4 Goods bought in a promotion or at a reduced price carry the same statutory rights as goods sold at the ordinary price. A disclosed fault that you specifically accepted before purchase is treated as the law provides, but a promotion label does not reduce your other rights.
13. Business returns and cancellation
13.1 The consumer change-of-mind cancellation right in clauses 9 to 11 does not generally apply to a business order. We do not offer a separate goodwill change-of-mind return policy for business orders. A business customer may cancel an accepted order only if we agree in writing or the contract or applicable law gives that right.
13.2 If we agree to a business cancellation, we may recover only reasonable, disclosed and lawful costs directly caused by that cancellation. We will not impose a penalty or retain money beyond the amount the law and contract allow.
13.3 This clause does not remove a business customer’s rights for goods that do not meet the contract or any other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
14. Warranties and installation
14.1 We do not provide an additional voluntary WA Tech Group Ltd warranty unless a product page, written quotation or separate warranty document expressly says that we do. If a manufacturer offers a warranty, it is an additional promise from that manufacturer and is subject to its stated terms.
14.2 No manufacturer’s or seller’s warranty replaces or reduces rights you have under applicable law. If you are a consumer, your legal rights apply whether or not a warranty period has ended.
14.3 Any installation, commissioning, training or maintenance service is governed by the description and price accepted for that service. Nothing in these terms limits a service standard or remedy that the law requires.
15. Subscriptions
15.1 The subscription product page and checkout must state the specific package, included quantities, monthly price, VAT, billing date and frequency, delivery frequency, delivery area, any minimum commitment and how to cancel before you subscribe. Your confirmation email will repeat the key details.
15.2 The current subscription page describes Float subscriptions as monthly rolling, with delivery every three months, and states that delivery is UK-only. These details apply only where the product page and checkout for your order confirm them. A general statement that delivery is available to the UK and EU/EEA does not extend a UK-only subscription.
15.3 You may cancel a rolling subscription at any time by contacting sales@wa-tech.co.uk. Cancellation takes effect withing 5 working days of confirmation from WA Tech Group Ltd. We will make the cancellation steps available before you subscribe and in your confirmation email. No cancellation term may remove a statutory right.
15.4 Before each renewal, the amount, VAT, next payment date and next scheduled delivery must be clear in your account or renewal notice. We will not change the price, package or delivery frequency during a paid period without your agreement. If we need to change a future renewal, we will tell you in advance and let you cancel before the new terms take effect.
15.5 The subscription page currently advertises a discount on ‘select products’. This benefit applies only to products and orders specifically identified in the subscription offer and only on the conditions shown before purchase.
16. Promotions, discounts and special offers
16.1 A promotion applies only to the products, customers, order method and delivery destinations identified in its advertisement or offer terms. The product page, advertisement or linked offer terms must clearly show the promotional price, start and end date and time, applicable time zone, eligibility, how to claim the offer, any code or minimum spend, meaningful exclusions, stock or quantity limits, delivery restrictions and whether it can be combined with another offer.
16.2 Conditions likely to affect whether a customer takes part will be displayed clearly with the promotion. A link to full terms may explain detail, but it will not be used to hide a significant restriction that should be shown in the initial promotion.
16.3 A promotional price is available only during the advertised period and for eligible orders placed before it ends, subject to the order being accepted under clause 4. Unless the offer clearly says otherwise, the end time is 23:59 UK local time on the published end date. We will not shorten or extend a live offer except where an unavoidable circumstance outside our control makes a change necessary and the change is fair to customers who relied on the original terms.
16.4 Any ‘was’, ‘save’, percentage-off, recommended retail price or other comparison claim must be accurate and supported by our pricing records. We will not artificially increase a reference price to create a false saving. A reference price must fairly reflect the product’s usual or properly substantiated price for the same sales channel.
16.5 If a product has not previously been sold at the higher price, we will describe the lower price as an introductory or promotional offer and state the intended future price and the date it is intended to apply. A future price will be labelled as a future price; it will not be presented as a previous or current ‘was’ price. We will apply the stated future price from the stated date or correct the offer before the customer places an order.
16.6 A discount code works only for the products and orders identified in the offer. Any one-use limit, customer eligibility rule, minimum spend, excluded product, expiry date or restriction on combining codes must be stated before the order. If an advertised code does not apply correctly at checkout, contact us before paying so we can check and correct the offer.
16.7 We may change or stop a live promotion only where unavoidable circumstances outside our reasonable control make this necessary, or where law or safety requires it, and only where the change is fair to customers who relied on the original terms. We will not use a general right to withdraw an offer after accepting an order. An accepted order remains governed by the price and terms accepted for it, subject to clause 4 and mandatory law.
16.8 Promotion terms do not affect a consumer’s statutory cancellation rights or rights for faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods. A sale or promotional price does not mean that statutory rights are reduced.
17. Website accounts and acceptable use
17.1 You must give accurate information when creating an account and keep your sign-in details secure. Tell us promptly if you believe another person has accessed your account without permission.
17.2 You must not use the website unlawfully, interfere with its security or operation, introduce malicious code, or copy or access data without permission. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the website, another user or our legal rights. We will not use account suspension to avoid an obligation under an accepted order.
17.3 You may stop using or close your account at any time. Closing an account does not cancel an order, payment obligation or statutory right.
18. Intellectual property and external links
18.1 The website design, text, graphics, logos, photographs, software and other content are owned by us or used with permission. You may view and print pages for personal use and may use materials as necessary to make or manage an order. Any other reproduction or commercial use requires the rights holder’s permission.
18.2 A link to another website is provided for convenience. The linked site is controlled by its operator, and the link does not mean that we endorse it. This does not exclude any responsibility that the law places on us.
19. Privacy and electronic communications
19.1 Our separate privacy notice explains how we use personal information. It is available at https://www.wellness-supplies.co.uk/privacy-policy/. These sales terms do not replace that notice or any consent required for marketing communications.
19.2 We may send order, delivery, payment, safety and contract notices electronically to the email address you give us. Keep that address accessible and tell us if it changes. We will provide contract information in a format you can save.
20. Our responsibility
20.1 Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, a liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or a consumer right that the law says cannot be limited.
20.2 If you are a consumer, we are responsible for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of our breach of the contract or negligence. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable when the contract was made, or for loss to the extent it was caused by your breach of these terms. This does not limit your statutory rights or a remedy the law provides.
20.3 If you are a business customer, each party remains responsible for direct loss that its breach causes. Neither party is responsible for loss that is indirect or consequential in law. A loss of profit, revenue, business, anticipated savings, data or goodwill is excluded only to the extent it is indirect or consequential; a direct loss in one of those categories remains subject to the ordinary rules. Any exclusion applies only to the extent permitted by law and any applicable reasonableness test.
20.4 We do not exclude liability for product safety, product compliance or any other responsibility that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. Business liability limitations are subject to the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977 where it applies.
21. Events outside our reasonable control
21.1 If an event outside our reasonable control prevents or delays us from performing an obligation, we will tell you as soon as reasonably possible and take reasonable steps to reduce the effect. We are responsible for obligations that are not affected by the event.
21.2 If the event means we cannot supply an accepted order within a reasonable time, you may end the affected contract and receive a refund for goods or services not supplied. This clause does not remove a right or remedy that the law gives you.
22. Complaints
22.1 Contact us at sales@wa-tech.co.uk and include your name, order number and a clear description of the issue. We aim to acknowledge and respond within 24-48 hours.
22.2 Raising a complaint with us does not prevent you from using a statutory right, bringing a claim in a court that has jurisdiction or contacting a relevant regulator.
23. Changes to these terms
23.1 We may update these terms for future orders. The version linked at checkout when you place your order applies to that order, and we will send or make that version available in a format you can save.
23.2 A change to these terms does not change a contract we have already accepted. We may change an existing contract only with your agreement or where the law permits it and we follow the required process.
24. General provisions
24.1 If part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the rest remains effective to the extent the law allows. A court may interpret or remove the affected wording, but this clause does not permit us to rewrite a term unfairly.
24.2 If we do not enforce a right immediately, that does not mean we have waived it.
24.3 You may not transfer your contract to someone else without our written agreement. We may transfer a contract only if that does not reduce your rights and the transfer is otherwise permitted by law.
24.4 A person who is not a party to the contract has no right to enforce it under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999, unless the contract expressly says otherwise. This does not affect any right that the law gives a third party.
25. Governing law and courts
25.1 If you are a consumer, these terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are habitually resident in another country where we direct our business, that choice does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections that apply under the law of your country of habitual residence. Nothing in this clause takes away your right to bring a claim in a court that has jurisdiction under mandatory law.
25.2 If you are a business customer, these terms and the contract are governed by the law of England and Wales, unless the accepted quotation or contract says otherwise. The courts of England and Wales may hear a business dispute, subject to any mandatory rule that applies.

Publisher checklist and source register
Internal review material only. Do not publish this section. Resolve every highlighted item above, align the live checkout and product pages, and obtain legal review of the cross-border and business-liability terms before replacing the current page.
Publication checklist
1. Confirm the legal trading style, address status and customer-service contact. Use WA Supplies as the trading style for WA Tech Group Ltd and the supplied address for customer correspondence: Unit 2B Thongsbridge Mills, Miry Lane, Holmfirth, HD9 7RW. The Companies House record reviewed for this draft lists the registered office as Unit 2b Thongsbridge Mills, Miry Lane, Thongsbridge, Holmfirth, England, HD9 7RW. Verify whether the supplied address is the current registered office and use the exact registered-office wording before publication. The current website also contains an older address and inconsistent postcodes. Its contact page says sales@wtec.ltd in its main text, while its footer and the old terms show other addresses. Use one monitored email and the correct address throughout the terms, checkout, invoice, privacy notice and footer.
2. Confirm VAT registration and number. Never publish the masked number currently shown in the old terms. Audit every consumer-facing product card, promotion, shipping charge and checkout total so the consumer can see the VAT-inclusive total; show VAT-exclusive prices only in a clearly identified business buying path.
3. Configure the delivery destinations as UK and the intended EU/EEA countries. Keep checkout country availability, product restrictions, delivery times and fees, destination VAT, import duty, clearance charges and importer-of-record responsibilities consistent. Do not rely on this terms page to cure missing or late price disclosures.
4. Give consumers a real returns contact and return address. Confirm the return shipping cost and any collection cost before checkout for bulky equipment. Apply the hygiene exception only to a specifically identified sealed product when the statutory exception actually applies.
5. Verify the order acceptance point against the checkout button, payment timing and automated order emails. Give the consumer a copy of the accepted terms and full order information in a format they can save.
6. For subscriptions, the public page currently says monthly rolling, delivery every three months, UK delivery only and prices excluding VAT. It advertises a 15% store discount on select products but does not identify those products or state the full qualifying rules. Confirm the monthly charge, VAT, renewal date, cancellation method, cancellation cutoff/effect, delivery schedule, territory and offer conditions in checkout and confirmation emails. Remove any claim that cannot be defined and administered.
7. For every promotional price, record the actual selling-price history and keep evidence for any ‘was’, ‘save’, RRP or percentage claim. Put the promotion’s key restrictions, exact dates, time zone, eligibility, stock limit and exclusions next to the offer. If a future price is intended, label it as a future price, then apply it on that date.
8. The current product offers have displayed ex-VAT promotional prices to a public audience and show offer dates and a price from 4 November 2026. Check consumer-facing VAT totals and confirm the higher price is actually applied from the stated date; avoid describing a planned future price as a previous ‘was’ price.
9. Review the business liability wording with a UK commercial solicitor and the business insurer before adding a monetary cap. A very low or broad exclusion may fail the statutory reasonableness test; the old terms broadly attempt to exclude business losses.
10. Because the store will serve EU/EEA consumers, have counsel review the consumer-law, jurisdiction, tax, customs and product-specific requirements for each destination the checkout enables. ‘UK and EU/EEA’ should mean the named countries actually supported at checkout, not every nearby territory.
11. Update the separate privacy/cookie notice and the website footer at the same time. The public privacy page and old terms contain stale business identity/contact information and the old terms include an unfilled policy link.
12. Set the real publication date, remove the highlighted completion fields, and publish only the customer terms and model cancellation form. Review subscription wording again before the UK government expects the new consumer subscription regime to commence in spring 2027.
